The City is on track to approve an October 2021 Sheridan Ranch groundbreaking. New home construction will begin immediately after city water and sewer are in place and street edge is identified. The first phase of homes anticipate a late Spring 2022 move-in availability (Wyoming weather will make the final decision).

Carlton Construction is one of the few builders offering a designated employee to monitor quality control of the build process as well as customer warranty contact. It is proven that builders who utilize a quality control system have far less warranty issues for owners to deal with down the road. This is because most areas of concern are caught during the build phase and not after folks move into their new home. With that said, things do come up and we want our buyers to understand that they will have an individual they know and trust to coordinate the correction.
